There are 2 shooting areas included: 30 ft. x 50 ft. and 26 ft. x 36 ft. for a total of 2436 sq. ft. of shooting space. Both shooting areas are connected and rented together as one, although each area can be separated by a black curtain. In addition, the photographer can hang a background from one of our many pulley systems and shoot diagonally for a 65' draw from camera to background. There is also a client loft or shooting area with an additional 300 sq. ft. of cool furniture. Total studio square footage is 3500 sq. ft.

Secured Parking for 12 cars in the Kodak lot directly across the street on McCadden Pl. is included. If load-in is not required, call 323-823-6943 when you have arrived and someone will meet you at your car to let you into the lot. Street parking is available all day with no restrictions.

Load-in is best accomplished through the brick-colored double-door entrance on the north alley side of the building. Temporary parking for this purpose is located in the parking lot immediately opposite this door. Look for the signs to direct you.

McCaddenSpace is equipped with a full kitchen with a full size stove, microwave, coffeemaker and two refrigerators. There is a stereo system with an iPod and dock as well as a 5 CD changer and CD library. Wireless DSL is throughout.

All grip is included (16 C-stands, 20 flags, 20 apple boxes, 20 sandbags, several 4x8' foamcore V-flat reflectors, as well as 2 large booms. Several hand-painted backgrounds are also included.

Our make-up room has 2 make-up or hair stations, a shower and a private well-maintained bathroom. There is a large separate dressing room with a steamer, iron, ironing board, hangers, rolling racks, full-length mirrors and an additional make-up station. Towels and robes included.

Both shooting areas have drive-in ability and can accommodate a vehicle via a 12' x 12' roll-up door. This also provides a west facing natural light source for the back shooting area. Blackout capability throughout, if necessary. Central A/C and heat to your adjustment.

There is also a workshop area with power and hand tools for set building.
